Bogdan Dit is a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science at Boise State University. He received his Ph.D. from The College of William and Mary, where he was advised by Dr. Denys Poshyvanyk. He was a member of the SEMERU Research Group. He obtained his M.S. in Computer Science from Wayne State University, under the supervision of Dr. Andrian Marcus and a B.S. in Computer Science from Babeș-Bolyai University (Cluj-Napoca, Romania).
His current research interests include software engineering, software evolution and maintenance, program comprehension, feature location, software repository mining, application of information retrieval in software engineering, reproducibility of experiments in software maintenance.
